Mrs. Spice began in 2023. As a professor, Josh is often very busy, but Stephanie, a recent graduate of Texas Tech University has much more time on her hands. While Professor Pickle is a lot of fun, it was only seasonal and very weather dependent. In 2023, Stephanie had the idea to offer some of the spice blends that she and Josh created and used on a regular basis to the community, and thus Mrs. Spice was born.
Along with these organic spice blends, Stephanie has added homemade fair trade vanilla, simmer potpourris, cocktail infusions, and various baked goods to her available products. Scroll down to see the products that Mrs. Spice offers.
Organic Spice Blends
Organic Cajun Seasoning

Mrs. Spice’s best selling blend is our savory Cajun seasoning. Though not very spicy, this blend packs a punch of flavor and is excellent on almost any type of meat. Our favorite use for this blend is fish tacos. See the recipes tab for detailed instructions for making fish tacos at home.

Organic Caribbean Jerk

Organic Italian Seasoning

Jalapeño Lime Salt

Organic Prairie Dust Seasoning
